Dr. Scott Steiner
Pathologist
Dr. Steiner grew up in Denton, Texas, and earned a BA in Chemistry from Brigham Young University. He received his Doctor of Medicine degree from Louisiana State University Medical School – Shreveport, where he also completed a residency program in Pathology. Dr. Steiner then obtained additional training at the University of Wisconsin while pursuing a General Surgical Pathology Fellowship. He became a diplomate of the American Board of Pathology in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology in 1996. His areas of interest include breast and GI pathology. Dr. Steiner joined Associates of Pathology in 1997. As a member of the medical community at Davis Hospital, he has fulfilled a variety of responsibilities including medical director of the Davis Hospital laboratory. Currently Dr. Steiner serves as the president of Associates of Pathology overseeing pathology and clinical services in Northern Utah.
